WIW to lunch with friend 5/18

Today was lunch with a friend who is moving out of town. It was fun but a little sad at the same time.

WIW:
Halogen sweater
Halogen ponte dress
VC Eliana booties
MK jacket to keep me warm.

Sorry that the lighting is not the best and the picture is a little dark.

I need a Spring weight leather jacket, maybe I will check out the Danier ones.
Do you have any suggestions on where to find this type of jacket, on sale of course?

Thanks, Anna, I love that last one but it's too much money plus it's sold out, not that it matters because it's out of my price range. It is gorgeous, though.

This was the debut of my shoes, they turned out to be quite comfortable although they still need a little bit of stretching on the instep. Actually it was the debut of the dress as well and it seems that it may become a workhorse if I switch things up a bit so Fuzzy you are right about it's being a versatile piece.
The best part is that since the dress is in an A shape there are no worries about having it ride up when sitting.

Shevia, yes, it's really hard when your friends move or when you move. I had the idea that moving for work was for the younger crowd, but in the current economy that can happen to anyone. I already have a few good friends who had to move far away due to work circumstances.
