Congratulations! I dunno, speakers at our conferences don't dress zingy but do wear jackets and , you know, shoes! I think wearing separates was perfect. It's hard to hit the right balance of " polish" and autharotative but not trying too hard. Pants dresses it down a notch, and flat shoes, no clickety heels, sometime a jacket that has a sporty vibe, not too dressy. But I find men wear more of the uniform, whereas the women, from different cities and age groups, are much more unpredictable.
