I tried leaving my cuffs open and collar a bit not squared away but not quite popped either. I love the colors in the cardigan but not the crewneck, so I used Scotch tape to make a faux V-neck. Not hanging too well here... Tips, pointers, and criticism more than welcome!

You look really cute! I love the colors in the cardigan too. Did you try buttoning a few buttons? I think it would show the pretty cardigan better unless it is tight or something. I really like your blouse too!

Hmmm. What about the crew don't you like? From the looks of things, it might actually be a flattering neckline for you.

I never really liked crew necks, either, but I'm slowly warming up to them. My worry is that they look too prissy. But that isn't necessarily true.

I have a patterned sweater like this and I often wear it as a top. I might put a tank underneath and button is almost all the way up (or even all the way).

I really like the white button front shirt on you and the jeans look like you've achieved PPL. I love all of the colors on you too. Bummer that the sweater is a crew, but perhaps you could do what Suz suggested, or even try buttoning it all the way up over the collared shirt (if that wouldn't make you too warm). I've never thought to use tape...that's actually not a bad idea!

I think you wear this blue particularly well, thanks to your lovely, dark hair, so I'd like to see more of the cardi. I like the way you've contrasted its blue with black and white.
Talking tape, have you tried magic tape? You buy it in the underwear department.

Thanks, all. I tried buttoning, and it did look much better - I will wear it that way next time.

I'll try to remember to pick up some Magic Tape sometime soon. I was surprised at how well the regular tape worked!

Very, very pretty! You did everything in a creative way. Leaving the cuffs undone and the collar a bit popped is something I am getting comfortable with. I love how Angie describes it as showing off a bit of wrist. That makes so much sense, where I used to be bothered by the cuffs flapping around, now I think of it as showing off some wrist.

I think the crew neck would be fine, because you have the white collar and cuffs showing. Buttoning a few of the middle buttons is a great look to play with, too.
