I have to confess , re Suz's comments, that the first thing I thought of were your bare ankles. But I see now that you were covering them!
I admire and sympathise with you on the screen time issue. We had always been quite strict about TV watching, and our girls don't have any video games, but after saving up for an ipod between the oldest two (which took them a few years) they are using it way too much for my liking and I have kind of signalled to them that I'll be looking into it. DD12 has a computer for school work and I found it hard to supervise how much she uses that too.
So well done (and I'm a little envious. My girls would LOVE me to go bike riding with them but I need a new tire, which has been bought months and DH hasn't put on - and he doesn't want anyone to do it!)
