Three outfits from the past week. Apologies for the light. I'm not really striped--it's just the sunshine filtered through my blinds!
Outfit 1 - Treated myself to some breakfast and shopping (where I didn't actually buy anything). Rolled chinos, linen tee, and a leopard-printed scarf with Frye oxfords. I like the way the printed scarf plays with my exposed novelty socks. Also, I wore a black puffer over this until it got too warm, which is why it's included in the collage (photo 4).
Outfit 2 - I'm a die-hard Sounders fan, but sometimes you have to root for the home team (especially now that we have two former Sounders players on our roster), so I wore this burgundy jacket and team scarf to the Rapids home opener vs. LA on Saturday. It was SO COLD, I kind of wished I'd worn a heavier coat. The weather shifts so quickly this time of year. (Outfit collage in Photo 5)
Outfit 3 - On the Road graphic tee under a ponte blazer for volunteering and a makers meetup. After Janet's post about the sleeves on her dress, I realized the sleeves were what I hated about my Out of Print t-shirts, so I chopped them off at an angle, and I feel so much better about this tee, even though I don't plan to take my jacket off today. I may even be able to enjoy these tees without a topper for casual days this summer! (Outfit collage in Photo 6.)
