Until today I had only worn this white silk shell once since I bought it last June. I never stopped loving it, but couldn't feel out how to wear it. Today, wondering what outfits I'd put together this week to deal with the heat, I thought of wearing it with my blue linen cardi and gray slacks. Bingo! This felt like me. I think I had thought I had to wear it with a blazer or suit jacket, and I didn't really want to.
This is one of those outfits where everyone else picked out the pieces. The only things I picked out were the sandals, and even those I got after Angie introduced me to the brand. Excuse the boxes and the poor lighting (need to buy flame-shaped bulbs for my fixture).
