I have been trying hard to come up with some outfits related to the Picasso art challenge, but mostly failing. Am I so stuck in my own hamster wheel, unable to think outside the box or cage as it were?
To be frank this outfit only remotely, abstractly has a connection to Picasso's Young Girl Reading a Book at the Beach painting. But hey, this is abstract art after all so that just may be OK.
Really I just wanted to wear these new Vans. So these fun white sneakers drove the outfit while the white, black, and dark blue kind of/sort of reflect the scheme in Picasso's painting. The overall effect is an outfit that I would feel comfortable wearing on a fine Spring day in the French Riviera. Which might be fine with Picasso, Spanish by birth, French by choice.
