Another vote for not frumpy! EF can be a too classic, if you know what I mean, but I like how this one has interesting, subtle details while still remaining a blank canvas for you to paint various looks. Not that you would, but it's kind of a fun exercise to imagine styling this piece in a, eg, very sweet/romantic way. Or a strict/professional way!

I think it is a great dress! You look good in it. Not a frump factor anywhere! I love that you had to try it on in the middle of vacuuming (?) I drop everything when the UPS truck arrives.
