I'm not very bold about pattern mixing...really, I don't know how to tell if something works or looks goofy. Actually I think a lot of people are that way...I see some and wonder what they were thinking! It's a fun concept, but since it involves a little bit of clashing on purpose, how do we know what is "good clashing"?
I wore this today, so if it's nuts it's a little too late! But only a few people saw me, so if it just looks goofy please tell me not to repeat it! I thought I was on the right track because the colors are exactly right. But, stripes and florals? A sporty patten with a soft one? That's what I'm not sure about...if the two items are happy together or fighting.
(Alaskagirl, is this the tunic you returned? I like it, but definitely not traditional figure flattery. Hopefully "just flattering enough".)
