Nadya, thank you xx

Shevia, it's amazing what can be created on a 3D printer!!

Ledonna, thank you. I am planning to wear it to work on Friday, will see how it comes together.

Bijou, thank you and I am trying to do the same. Choosing fabrics that will cross seasons with a bit of layering.

Thanks Dianna, yes the denim look gives it a really cool vibe.

Thank you Jane.

Thanks Kathie, perhaps I have too much time on my hands lol, but I do love finding interesting designers.

Skyluker I am kind of hooked on the 3D stuff. The beauty is that you can wear quite large statement pieces but they are light as a feather.

Thanks Juniper Green, it's a dream to wear.

Joy, I would be so interested to see the 3D printing in process.

Thanks Bridgie xx

Thanks Kate xxx

Sara I love that the dress is a little tricky re the fabric, things are not always as they seem ha ha.

Scarlet the only thing is I think I have to dry clean it, but I think it's probably worth the effort.

Thanks Lyn D, I am enjoying the blue and the grey tones too, but black will always be my first love lol.

Firecracker I have feeling this needs to be dry cleaned... but I think it's such a great piece that I don't mind. It's probably the only thing I own that needs dry cleaning xxx

Thanks for your kind comments re the 3D Jewellery, my friend is very clever and here is a link to her site if you want to check it out her other designs, she makes resin pieces also.

Oh wow! You look terrific. I can't believe the tunic is silk - it must feel lovely to wear.

Wait that's silk? *laughs* On IG I thought it was denim! Regardless it's a lovely piece on you. Your outfits always make me smile.

This is the first WIW I've seen you in a color other than b/w. I love your usual outfits, but this is wonderful as well. Maybe I should follow more closely.

If your son is open to a 3D printer that's not the latest and greatest, there's an array of perfectly good machines available for fractions of their original prices. People I know who are into 3D printing order new models long before they're released, and then let go of an existing printer to make space.

Previous models are still very functional; they've just lost their appeal to most gadgeteers. If your son can find hobbyists like this near you, they'll not only be happy to rehome a printer at a very reasonable price, but will often share software and files, and throw in spools of filament if it isn't suited to their new machine. There are also meetups and on-line groups which I found very generous with time and tips when I was dabbling. The process often needs close monitoring; better suited to someone who has the accommodating schedule and interest level. Like a teenager.

The pendants and chains I made were graphically interesting and light, but too fragile for everyday wear. I'd rather buy from your friend! Thank you for sharing her site.
