Claire, you busted me! They are straight legs (not skinnies). I've found that, as someone over 50, I prefer the narrow straights over true skinnies; I just don't feel comfortable with skintight denim. These are Paige Skyline straight legs with a 14-inch opening. I know they aren't "technically" skinnies, but they tuck well and work for my lifestyle.
Cinnamon, the bag is the Lady City Tote in terracotta from Foley and Corinna. It was pricey, but now that I'm getting older I'm allowing myself some better pieces.
