I had planned to wear this new top today (since I finally decided after 2 weeks to iron the ruffle) so it's just a coincidence that it matches the theme of today's blog post! The top is knit in linen yarn and has a lot of funky, arty details - the asymmetrical hem, the two different sleeves, the ruffle sleeve detail, etc. The original design (last pic) shows the top worn with the longer side ruched up - mine unfortunately will not stay that way because I knit a size up for a more fluid fit. I may add a little drawstring or something inside so that I have the option to ruche it up. (I like the long, asymmetrical side but it will be more versatile if I have the option to shorten it as well.)

Paired with my crazy neon floral pants. The greens don't actually match (the pants are a lot more neon) but hopefully they still go with each other. Also, I swear my bra does not show through that much IRL.

top handknit by me, Michael Kors pants, Naot sandals, Longchamp bag.
