This skirt is another hack job. It was a dress that had the ugliest top ever.I loved the skirt though and have sewn it onto a slip.the top edge is uneven so I am putting the belt over to hide it.
The inspiration for the top comes from the Jason wu spring collection. He had paired a purple/blue flower skirt with lime. I still haven't found the perfect lime top so I used lemon instead.
I used white sandals to repeat the belt. I am a little unsure if the white accessories work here. Any better ideas?
