Hi Ladies

Well our weather is still up and down with the past 2 days being more spring than autumn:)

Anyway, I have a yucky head cold and getting dressed has been a challenge ... You know how nothing looks good when you don't feel well.

I'm also on holidays ( last week of school hols) so outfits have been very jeans based.

Good morning luv! You should not be allowed to look so good when you're sick! I'm loving these asymmetrial tops on you, and the black and white one is blowing me away with that amazing necklace! I love the proportions that the heel creates in #2 and there's more beautiful jewelry. All in all you are doing a pretty amazing job for being at home and under the weather! You look far more stylish than I do when I'm not feeling well! Both of these outfits are great, but I really love the second one. You look utterly sophisticated yet still casual. And you have the best accessories! Both of these necklaces do so much to elevate your looks!

D, the length of the pants on the first outfit is giving me pause. Outfit 2 is perfect. A strong, stylish statement. So fab!

Poor you. I like your choice of jeans and comfy roomy tops. Your jewelry choices are spot on, too! The pants in #1 look a touch long. I'm guess you usually wear them with heels? It's nice that with a straight let you can get away with it. I'm adding more straight-legs to my closet for that very reason!

Just out having lunch with MIL but wanted to say thanks Kyle re length of the cream jeans! I usually fold them up (inside) when I wear flats with them...fixed them now...thanks...my brain is a bit foggy!!

I love both outfits. How do you find tops with the longer hemline that don't overwhelm you? May I ask how tall you are as point of reference? You do wear that hemline so well!

I LOVE how that necklace in the first outfit carries up the long leg line from your pants. The second outfit looks so long, tall, lean and above all COMFY. Just the thing when you're feeling a little poorly. And indeed, both necklaces are envy-inducing. So beautiful! Love how well you wear these draped and floaty hemlines too --- instant chic when placed in counterpoint to your sleek, sharp hairstyle.

I agree with Mandipa that both necklaces are really adding a great "finish" to these outfits. I adore the richly saturated tonal look of #2 especially. Feel better soon!

Claire, Sveta and Christieanne, I love asymmetrical tips but have to be wary of the length and fabrication to ensure they are flattering to my frame. Christieanne I am a shorty at 5"1! I think in my favor is that my legs are relatively slender and this can create the illusion of height particularly when I add heels.

And thank you all for your lovely comments on my necklaces. #1 is shop bought (Jacqui E) but #2 is my own design :). Jewellery making is a bit of a hobby and this one is a fave. I love the colors of the beads.

And I'm still headache-y but have "soldiered on" and managed to buy a gorgeous sitting chair for our Study at home and am about to buy a couple of pairs of tailored skinny leg trousers for office wear... well someone's got to do it lol xxx

Kyle has a good eye!! (I believe we all have the right to be foggy in the mornings:-)) but I was so blinded by the strong and bold general impression of the outfit nr.1 that I would have never noticed, till reading the comments:-))
Oh, and --- what? you are 5"1?????? came back to edit, I always thought you are a 6 feet tall person!!!:-))

I need to known where you get all you pretty tops you always look so pretty. I love outfit #2 that is one of my favorite styles..flowy tops and skinny bottoms.I am 5"2 and it is so hard for me to find tops.Hope you feel better.
