Supposedly two shades worse than the blues. Not for me, I love purple. This is not quite "radiant orchid" which is my favorite color...but close. And I was feeling so purple I put on amethyst jewelry too...a necklace right in the neckline of the scarf, earrings...neither shows in the picture...and my grandmother's amethyst ring. Happy purple day!
