A plain black, fine-gauge wool sweater has been one of my wardrobe essentials since college. My old one was too fitted for my current tastes, so I recently replaced it with this fluid, loose-fitting allsaints number. Today I paired it with a short, voluminous statement skirt and suede boots, but it works just as well with plain blue jeans.
I think today's silhouette is probably not to everyone's taste, but I am really loving this waist surrendering, volume on volume style. I'm not ready for the return of waist definition!
