Shiny, thanks for chiming in with your experience. I hope I don't gain a lot of weight. I'm wearing jeans today. I hope you find yours!

Thirkellgirl, thanks! I considered slip on Fit Flops I have in silver. They look like these:

Re boring meetings: when the agenda is already too long, don't invite an outside guest to talk about investments and the market. Blah blah blah. Worse, when budget considerations are being discussed don't ban questions from the membership, to save time. It looks like you're hiding something. Not that I'm mad or anything.

I also loved your volunteer line. I need to use it myself sometimes...

Angie, I tried, I really tried. I need to show you a photo. My skirted leggings are, I swear, SHORT, and way too snug, and I just don't like the look on me. JAileen looks great in hers. It just doesn't look the same on me. Maybe it is because I have a long rise? I wonder. Hmmmm.

Suz, maybe yours were too small?

Love the skirted leggings and wrap dress on you. The skirted leggings look amazing as you've styled them with the denim jacket and sneakers! So on trend but not too young. It's been hard for me to hit that sweet spot. Things I would've worn 4 years ago, suddenly feel too young now.

Denise, thanks! I joined YLF when I was going grey. I was afraid of turning into the proverbial little old lady. So I know what you mean about dressing too young or too old. I just want to look like I know what's going on.

Late here, but I love the skirted leggings look on you. The wrap dress is pretty too. It's a shame that Jenn's dress did not work out for you.

You look terrific Jaileen and I also loved the line about not staying - I go to some of these meetings and they do go ON and ON and ON....

All outfits look great! I think the Jenn dress looks really good, but obviously none of us can assess the feel, just the look. The smaller EF dress is so much better! And the wrap dress is sooooo good!

How do the slip on Fit Flops fit in terms of heel slippage and width? I tried some lace ups on at Dillard's on my way out of town last week, and am intrigued.

Brooklyn, thanks!

Sal, thanks! It was funny because earlier in the meeting they actually talked about the monetary value of our time as volunteers, and here they were wasting so much. The organization is wonderful, except for the monthly meeting.

Karen, thank you! The Fitflops feel wonderful. I have a narrow heel and medium width in front, and can't wear some shoes, but I love these. They're called Superskates. Zappos has several:
