December has been a very busy month on many fronts. I still have a couple of busy work days and a few jobs around the home but I am looking forward to a beach holiday in a week. Yay!

Here are some varied looks.

1). Long day out in the sun at an athletics event so I covered up. Keeping it real.
2) Work day. I am enjoying this broiderie anglaise blouse a lot.
3) Work and prizegiving. I won’t wear these sandals with these pants again.
4) Night Christmas party.
5)Daytime Christmas party.
6) Christmas drinks with friends.

And then some of the platters and food I have been making and serving recently.

My closet is in great shape for summer. I do have a few pieces showing wear - but that is a good thing. They are well loved and worn pieces.

Wishing you all a peaceful loving festive season. Stay safe - on the roads, in the cold and especially to our wonderful Australian forum members who are facing record hot temperatures and terrible fires. NZ had a tragedy recently with the eruption of an island volcano with significant loss of life and many horrific injuries to survivors. Survivors are in our local hospital and we work with the rescue medical aircraft that evacuated the island. So it is a very tough time for many people.
