Hello lovely ladies,

After your encouraging comments in the previous thread where I showed you the cropped jeans I was prepared to experiment with, I went for it. I wore the same jeans the whole week! In short (no pun intended ) -- I'm sold. I can barely believe it myself, but I love them so much that I don't feel like wearing any other jeans at the moment.

It was certainly unique jeans silhouette everywhere around me. I saw nobody wearing this length of jeans; short as in "not PPL" are everywhere anyway, but cropped length - none. However, even BF jeans took forever to take off in my neck of woods, so I'm patient.

And yes, I did feel odd at first. But, as it was pointed out in one of the comments when I asked for feedback, the fact that the length was intentional was one of the main reasons why I felt my self-consciousness dissipating to make way to the joy of trying something new. On day 2 and onwards it simply became about having fun.

Another key to feeling good was that the silhouette was Fresh to my eye, something that really brought home what updating style is about: on most days I wore pretty usual for me things (i.e. I made sure to "sandwich" the cropped jeans between my safe tops and footwear), but if you take the jeans as the variable in the outfit equation, it's obvious how the outfit vibe could change depending on the jeans style.

Without further ado, here are Mon (1 and 2), Tue (3 and 4), Wed (5) and Fri (6) outfits, Thursday was a trekking event as part of team building experience.

Thanks for reading. Your thoughts are welcome.

And, have a great weekend!
