Here is a version of the formula that I had worn a few weeks ago--less intense use of colors, but on the same wavelength. I love coral for summer, especially tops, even though cooler pinks are more "my" colors.
But, her it's used more as
an accent.
Shown are 2 outfits with white jeans and medium- blue chambray shirt. I wanted
to "wear out" my shirt with this outfit, and with the low-riding
jeans I have to wear a long or oversized shirt. So I've ended up with a small
denim-chambray shirt collection because I could not find the one shirt to rule
them all.
I got the shoes in #1 in 2 colors at TJM several years ago not even wanting the ankle
strap, but because they were low-ish wedges and ran narrow and had a wide
forefoot strap, which I need. Initially I wore them only with full-length pants
which covered the strap rather than highligted it. Now they seem in full swing
!
1) Kut Catherine, JJill blue chambray shirt, E. Aigner coral wedges, coral
"stone" necklace, Patricia Nash floral leather bag
2) With flat "espadrilles" in coral/blue
