You have an amazing style, chic!

More hair love from me! I love the many shades of gray, it's gorgeous. The dress looks beautiful with the necklace and/or the scarf. I've seen necklaces worn with scarves lately (mostly long necklaces) and I think it looks lovely.

Aliona, this is simply stunning!! Your hair colour is such a flattering shade for your complexion, the cut is eye-catching, modern and also suits you to a tee, and I love that dress and scarf on you: elegant, also modern, and again, in colours that work amazing on your beautiful self!

wow, love that dress…..the simple and easy silhouette and the beautiful subtle colors, just fab, and you look lovely.
as for your hair, if my grey looked that good, i'd stop coloring in a minute!

Positively gorgeous all the way around

Oh boy. What on earth to add to this parade of praise. What amazing style you have! I adore your hair -- the color for sure, but really the cut. Your hair seems like it might be quite fine, which gives me hope. Is it? I just love the cut on you -- with the color, it creates such a soft drama. Gorgeous. I've flagged you as one to watch - I think your pictures are going to be inspirational for me.

Ow, wow! Such a gorgeous hair! Color and cut! Grey with citron is one of my fave combo, and is such killer tonal outfit, with your hair!

Stylish and beautiful, Aliona. Your hair colour and cut are fabulous.

I hate pushing this post back up the list as I don't want to hog the forum. But I do want to respond to Viva's question: Yes, I have VERY fine hair. I was thrilled when it thickened as I went grey. This cut has turned out to be perfect cut for me, I can literally wash and go. It only took me 50+ years to find a style for my limp, do-nothing hair

Also want to thank EVERYONE for the warm outpouring. All you ladies who commented are style stars in my opinion, so I'm overwhelmed. Today was my presentation day, so I took some pix of my replacement outfit and will share them tomorrow (again, don't want to be a forum hog). Actually, as a newbie, I'm curious on forum etiquette: Is it considered more polite for the original poster to respond, even if it pushes her post up the list again? Or is it better not to reply and let more recent posts be at the top of the list? I don't want to be rude.

Aliona, I think the only rules here are be kind, thoughtful and respectful to one another:) Post as frequently as you like and simply reply as you can to your own posts. I love reading posters responses to everyone's comments. I don't think anyone minds posters bumping their threads up due to responding. And from I have see I don't think you could be rude if you tried:)

Thanks, Deborah. Too funny: I was posting on one of your threads as you were posting here. The YLF universe has its own energy force! I want to share that you are totally one of my YLF style icons. You're unique and very inspiring; I'm so glad you're here for all of us.
