Christmas has become increasingly casual in our house . I’m trying to set some sort of example by wearing something a little dressier for dinner ( ie not what I’d normally wear around the house ) but DH will likely remain in his new Christmas gift : Blue Jays hoodie , lol. I’m wearing an old French terry double V top with pleated velvet cuffs , old jeans ( I may change out of these later into a “ nicer” pair ) , long silver link earrings and very basic makeup . Gucci perfume , and Ugg slippers , lol. Pics taken in DD’s room , in front of an apparently dusty mirror. Oops . Dinner is in various stages of preparedness , wine is chilling , dessert ( thanks to Suz for the chocolate dessert suggestion) made, and some NFL game on the tube . We’re going to watch a movie after dinner ( the sequel to Knives Out ) but I’ll be surprised if I last that long . Back to work tomorrow morning after 10 days off !
