Janet, you were made for this look. It's perfect for long legs and I think the looseness is a bit like a sack dress hiding any midsection flaws. I strongly suggest you try it out.

The silhouette reminds me a bit of our beloved LL Bean plaid pants. I'm tempted to try these, although part of me is like, heathered knit pants? Really? (Insert bewildered look here). You are convincing me though. They look terrific.

Viva, they are a bit like the plaid pants (not cold enough for those yet) but I'm not sure you will like the lack of structure with these. I really do have a similar pair of PJ pants - the only difference is the elastic waist, where these have pockets and a zip fly.
