WIW business-y with possible too long pants

I'm trying out the unaltered pants. Angie said they could come up just a bit, and I'm probably going to follow this advice. Right now I am limited to 4" heels with these pants. I'm not sure if this is the most practical for me.

Vince Camuto trousers from the rack, ash wedges, cache blouse, Frenchi flip collar blazer.

Any comments and suggestions greatly appreciated!

Your legs look a mile long. I can't really see a fit problem with those pants.

Looks great! Its hard to see in detail, but the length looks great with those shoes. I know how hard it is to make pants work with varying heel heights. Perhaps take the pants to the tailor with the highest heels you'd wear with them, and also the shorter, more frequently worn heels as well? That way you can see the length with both and decide from there. I always prefer to err on the side of taking less length off!

Hard to really tell, but from what I can see they look good.

I just had to take 2 pairs of new pants in to get them hemmed up. Each only needed about 1/2 inch.............................

Your legs seem endless in this pants.
I cannot tell from the picture if the hem is too long.It does look good to me.Would you consider keeping such long pants for days when you don't have to walk a lot?You look mighty good in them.

Absolutely love the blouse! The colours in it are gorgeous and the possibilities endless with what to pair it with. The length of the pants looks good but it is difficult to tell from the picture exactly. You look great in this outfit Rita!

You look great in this - love that blouse! You do look really long and lean in this outfit. I have a pair of black pants that I'm limited to wearing with sky high heels because of the length but they are wide legged and I need the extra height to carry it off! I'm finding that my tolerance for super high heels is really declining - I definitely think twice about anything over 3" now. Do you have other black pants that you can wear with shorter heels? I have multiple pairs of black pants in multiple lengths to wear with different heels heights. But black trousers are an absolute staple in my work wardrobe.

Well, you certainly look fab in these pants! I can see hemming them up a bit so you can wear slightly shorter high heels, but they do look great :).

The fit is perfect and the length is great for 4" heels but hemming does seem like a good plan if you want to wear them with something more like a 3" heel. They look fabulous on you!

WOW! NO one is going to mistake you for a young girl wearing a fab outfit like this! You look fantastic! Love the super long pants+heels, but I totally understand if you will wear them more often if the length gets shortened a bit. Four inch heels are hard to wear over the long haul.

I have 4" wedge sandals, they are no problem. I'll hang on to them at this length for summer. You're all so sweet! Thanks for the feedback.

Claire- it's a big day at work.I have to look like I am ready to get down to business, serious, but still warm, empathetic and approachable... Maybe the hot pink and gold chain silk blouse is too happy for the day but I need some energy and light for stressful days.

You look great! I would find 4 inch heels a bit limiting, unless you have several pairs of black pants hemmed to different lengths. I only have 2 and one pair is wool. I have mine hemmed for 2.5-3 inch heels so I have more options for shoes. My wool pair is hemmed for 3-3.5 inch heels.

Oooh these are such great trousers for you Rita! If you have other 4" options, I love the idea of leaving them this length until it's necessary to work in shorter heel lengths. Your legs look incredibly long! Hope your day didn't end up being too stressful.
