WIW backlog: week of 6/9 with a bunch of sneakers

I have three weeks worth of outfits since I came back to US that I am behind on posting, and here is one of them, which accidentally has lots of sneakers in it. It was also Men's Health week when one was supposed to wear blue. Some of the outfits are based on various ensemble posts and noted as such. As always, all the feedback is welcome!

You look amazing, Tanya. What superb outfits. Tough to pick a favourite because all are great, but I'm especially taken by 2, 5, 7, and 9.

Oh, wow. Can't pick a fave. But I will try. I love 2 (so sleek) , 7 (the color on you), 9 (legs) and 11 (rocker chick fab).

Now I have to recover from the stress of having to pick faves!

Your style is amazing, Tanya! I can't pick a fave because they are all just so fab. The peplum with the tube skirt is awesome and I really like how you topped it off with the flax bomber. Unexpected and fab! Love you in the sneaks and sweater combos--especially the one with the silver handbag 9 and 12 with the dark bottoms are amazing too. Your choice of footwear in both of these make them look so modern! LOVE all.

Boy, I am loving these pieces! Hard to keep my wantsies at bay. They're all great. I really like the asymmetrical sweater in #6 and the bright top in #7.

Wow Tanya! Such great outfits! I cannot pick a favorite - although the sporty integrity of #s 4, 5, and 6 are sooooo calling my name! Also, there is something about #9 - I think its the sharp lines of the blouse paired with the pointed toe shoes that complement each other so well.

You have an unbelievable style girlfriend! I'm curious - do you feel as though you've got your "style" honed down/figured out? Your outfits all seem to have a common thread in them - so, is that by accident? Or, do you know what you're doing????

Suz, I have a feeling we will be copycating each other a lot this season, especially with many same/similar purchases and our similar colorings and body types. Speaking of cats, I found and snagged the Equipment kitty shirt on Ebay and could not be happier! Question, does yours have a thin white silk extra layer at the button placket?

Marley, I feel like I have about 80-90% of my style figured out, if that makes sense. I know what colors/shapes work on me, and what my stylistic preferences are. I have recently decided to stop fighting environmental norms to some degree, and just dress more casually at work in a way that is still me.
Majority of this past year has been a nightmare for me and I was stuck at home feeling very sick for a while, and in order to avoid thinking really depressing thoughts, I decided to think a lot about my clothes/style instead. Sort of escapism, if you want, but it worked, not perfectly, but pretty decently. Of course, I bought ridiculous amount of new things, but those were such a crazy times that I do not feel particularly guilty about it, and I have curbed it down now. As for the common thread in the outfits, that is probably an accident. I kind of know what I am doing when putting an individual outfit together, but not necessarily when comparing various outfits if that makes sense. Maybe the common thread is that a lot of them are based on various Angie's blog posts?

Oh, you look phenomenal! My favorites are 1, 5, 9, 11; actually 1 through 12 as I love them all! As others have said, you've really honed your style. Thank you for linking back to Angie's ensemble posts as I can see I need to buckle down and do the hard work of analyzing how to best put these looks together for myself.

BTW, how do you like the Born Ilisha sneakers? Is the support good?

Ginkgo, the Born sneakers are super comfy, the sole is very cushy and padded. However, they do not have much support, light at best. So if you need a lot of arch support, I would pass. They basically feel like flat Converse with much softer and cushier sole.
