Fashintern, I thought about my mother all day, when I was wearing her sweater. She’s 94 and has given up knitting. I’m knitting her a small thing for Christmas. I’d better get going on it!

Rachy, I was actually surprised how many people liked the pea green sweater best. It’s an unusual color for Christmas, but I love it.

Sal, thank you. All of our snow is gone. We had a week of cloudiness and the snow hung on, but it melted as soon as the sun came out. It’s still chilly here, though - below freezing in the mornings.

Love your sweaters! I'm freezing just looking at all that snow

They’re all very cute for cozy winter days :).

Cindy, thank you. We’ve warmed up considerably since the snow fell.

Jussie, thank you.

Only 6 inches of snow?!

I like your pattern mix in 1 and the sweater your mom made is a good color on you. Too bad shes not knitting anymore. I wish i had something my late grandma knitted

Suntiger, thank you. Sadly, the snow is all gone. It was mid 50s yesterday. Not very Christmasy.

I like the pea green sweater a lot/best!

Hope the party was wonderful! You look comfy and cozy in your sweaters

Pea green ...an old favorite of mine about 1967..my tights and a pea green miniskirt ...
I really love your cozy hand knit sweaters ...what treasures !

Carla, thank you!

Toronto girl, thank you. The party was very successful. My dog friends enjoyed themselves immensely. After the new year, we’re going to get together to teach ourselves to crochet, specifically snowflakes. I’m sure this will go better with chocolate and wine.

Taylor, thank you. Did you have white go go boots, too? About then I had a corduroy hip hugger skirt, but I never had go go boots. I envied the girls that did.
