Some photos of WIW. I know that I mainly post my summer WIWs, probably because I prefer summer dressing, but it does get cold where I live and I do wear coats and sweaters and always with boots, my favourite footwear. Here is a WIW over the last 4 days, the good, the bad and the ugly!

Saturday (photo 1) I visited my father and he likes bright colours. This outfit is a bit over the top, but I enjoyed wearing it, especially as it was a cold and rainy day. My outfit was inspired by my umbrella (photo 2), purchased in Japan. Primrose NYD jeans, blush sweater, blue coat, multicoloured scarf and pale blue bag.

Sunday, I felt the need for something a little less bright, Mother denim skirt, and metallic sweater with a teal scarf and my very old black trench (photo 3).

Photo of Westie walk, meet Margot! (Photo 4 & 5). When we went to Japan and dropped Bijou off at the kennel (owned by a Westie breeder that I have known for over 20 years) we found out that Margot was being retired from breeding and needed a family. How could we resist? Bijou and Margot were kennel buddies and when we returned from our holiday, Margot came home with us. We have had Margot for 4 weeks and everyone, including Bijou, is besotted with her. Bijou is the bigger Westie with me in the pictures and Margot is being walked by my son. Margot is so sweet and especially loves cuddles. walks and sleeping on our bed (I am really strict with my dogs obviously).

Monday - wore Zara grey sweater with my teal velvet skirt (to work) and topped off with a tweed coat (photos 6 & 7).

Tuesday - wore brocade dress and Zara cream sweater (same as grey, just a different colour) underneath and my new green velvet coat. The velvet coat was my winter 2018 wildcard purchase and I really am enjoying it (photos 8 & 9).

Any comments and suggestions are always gratefully received. Please only say nice things about the spoilt doggies, I am very precious about them!

Bijou had an operation on her paw 2 weeks ago, the removal of a benign cyst, it is all healed up but just incase you were wondering about the shaved paw.
