1) one of my favorite dresses, tried with a vest for first time
2) my first romper since the 90s (or is it a jumpsuit. I really like it but haven't found much chance to wear
3) another favorite this summer. Something about the cut is better than most shirt dresses and doesn't make my flat chest look flatter.
4) a tunic from the giveaway pile. Love the colors but not sure about fit. I need to put some stitches at the top to keep modest....if I keep at all. Really too big.

I am always a dissenter. I adore #3 and #4 but all of these are great looks. Do you know how adorable you look in all of these outfits? You have a lovely smile with just a hint of mischief.

All four look cute, with #1 and #4 really standing out to me. #1 has a fun 90s vibe to it, with the denim and the flirty floral dress. I'd call the piece in #2 a jumpsuit (I use "romper" for when it's shorts); I do find this a bit severe on you compared to many of the outfits I've seen you in though. Perhaps it's the color, or maybe the lack of smile The dress in #3 is SUPER flattering on you. And the tunic in #4 looks great styled with the white leggings/capris, makes the colors extra vibrant and cheerful.

Number 1 and 3 are my favourites, as they fit you beautifully. Number 4 is a great colour on you - but does look a bit big - is there anyone handy with a sewing machine that could taper it in for you?

thanks all! Wow you guys are sweet! i can take number 4 in; not sure why I didn't think of that. probably because before my most recent purge the chaos kept me from seeing the potential in it. I do love the colors.

Cheryle, you are sweet and now that you mention it I think my smile in number one was because I was about to run out and go shopping with my girls. Shopping is our favorite, but we spend too much time doing it! So yes, mischievous in this case...ha!

Aida, thank you for the specific comments about the color. It is such helpful info that the black outfit wasn't a hit for anyone. Black used to be my absolute favorite thing to wear, but I guess being young I wanted to look serious and older. Now I want to look fun and younger! One of the things I am really surprised about in taking my outfit photos is that I am wearing bold, bright floral prints almost every day! isn't this weird? Surely this is not normal??? I have non floral items but don't seem to wear them often, at least in summer?
