First off, an apology for my prolonged absence. We came back from vacation straight to a holiday/camping week, and I've had limited computer access and no noteworthy outfits to post at all.
It's back to work today (sort of).... I know the rest of you in the US are experiencing a heat wave but it's 50s and rainy here. I figured since it's my climate, I may as well dress for it. I wanted to try this drop-waist dress (which was perfect in Hawai'i!) with skinnies and a topper as was suggested here. Not sure if these proportions work - feedback welcome!
