WIW 6/21: Mustard and navy and stripes UPDATED

Today I am taking Hubby to the surgery center to get his knee fixed. I had planned to wear my leopard bag and Miz Mooz oxfords, but to my eye they fought with the cool beige stripes in the jacket so I changed out the shoes and bag for a cooler, plainer taupey tan. Do you think I made the right choice?

Striped blazer: AT Loft
Navy linen blouse: consignment
Mustard skinniest: Asos
Tan shooties: Seychelles
Tan "ostrich" tote: Target

Updated: We are home and all went very well! Here's the patient after his successful surgery! He is so cute -- the meds hadn't completely worn off and he was chatting up a storm and cracking up the nurse and the doc!

I love how the outfit turned out--fabulous! You will turn heads at the hospital, that's for sure :). I like it the other way too, but it's more ALGO and seems more autumnal, if that makes any sense.

Hope your hubby's knee surgery goes smoothly.

My monitor doesn't show the color differences in 3, so I loved them both! I will take your word about the clash - #2 is fab fab fab so high five regardless of how it came to be.

Thanks so much, everyone! I can't add a photo here so I updated above to show the patient after his successful knee clean-out! He is doing very well and now I am going to cook him a nice big belated breakfast!

Wow - he sure looks happy after surgery! I am a drugged up mess after anything like that (well all three that I have had - I practically pass out in dentist chair from Novocaine though lol). Hope the knee heals well and quickly.
