Regarding bubble tea, if you have never tried it, I strongly recommend trying at least once, it is delicious. Helena, I take it with pearls, that is half of the fun. Laura, I have never tried making mine own. I did try making various Chinese and Thai dishes during pandemic, with various success, there was only one I kept repeating. They never indeed turn as good as in restaurants.
