Take care x

Oh Mary, I hope your Mum is already feeling a lot better today and that she will recover quickly. Both she and your Dad sound like real troopers.

You look super stylish and pulled together, as always! Hang in there, sweet lady.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery for your Mom! Don't forget to take care of yourself too...caregivers near and far can easily get very stressed. You look great, though!

As for your outfit, what a fab FFBO! I love the subtle spots on your blouse pattern-mixing with your striped jacket and the metallic sheen of your belt studs. You look great!

Your parents sound wonderful. How lucky they are to have you, too!

Lovely outfit, you make falling back look like flying.

Despite all the stress you look as wonderfully pulled together as ever - great closets like that don't gapped by accident - it's a tribute to your taste that you can pull out a FFBO like that so easily.

Mary, I am so sorry to hear about your mom. Your dad sounds like a real trooper. How long will she be in the rehab facility?

Thank you again, everyone! I appreciate your support more than you know.

Deb, you're right - my dad is a real trooper. Although my instinct is to rush in and take over, he is really on top of things and he knows her best so I am going to let him take the lead and give him information as I gather it (I've been talking to a doctor friend) but be respectful and substitute my judgment for his. Don't know how long my mom will be there -- I'm thinking at least a couple of weeks. She's still really groggy from the meds so I think it will take some time for her to get acclimated to them/get the dose right, and get her back to walking with her walker.

I had planned to take my son to visit today but it's 50-plus miles from his base and the traffic was just awful and we'd have been in the car for hours, so he and I just hung out near the base and went to lunch and movie. My dad called later and said my mom was asleep most of the day and wouldn't have known we were there, so I think it was the right call. I'll go down tomorrow by myself and see them.

I'm sorry about your, mom!

The outfit rocks... definitely worthy of being repeated often in my book.

My heart goes out to you at this stressful time M-K. Glad your dad got some rest and that you got to see your marine for Easter. So sorry to hear about your mom, good wishes sent to one and all.
This ffbo is masterful! A real tribute to your eye and style that this was put together effortlessly for you. Fabulous as always.
