Saturday night I went with some girlfriends to a masquerade party. The theme was Venice is Sinking. You were either to dress in 18th century outfits or formal evening wear. Everyone was required to wear masks or have one painted on your face. Mine was painted on by a professional, Unfortunately I didn't get a close up of the makeup.
I was chosen to be in the most unique costume, but I lost. They had separate categories for women, men and couples.
The venue was overly crowded, they sold too many tickets. But there were some cool costumes. I was asked to be photographed many times.
