This is an outfit I wore twice this week (gotta love being in different cities with different customers each day). We had our first bona fide snow storm of the season and I stayed warm and toasty.
The tunic is from EF and was a great eBay find earlier this spring that I've been waiting patiently to wear when the weather changed. It's a wool, tercel blend that is very soft. The color is charcoal.
The boots are probably 3 years old. So comfortable, and the heel is probably 1.5 inches high.
The leggings/pants are a new favorite. They are the Perfect Ponte Pant from Nic + Zoe. The "find" below shows them in a different color, but that was what I found on the internet when I searched them to add to finds. I bought them in a large and I normally buy pants in a 12. They are nice and thick. The waistband is comfortable, and the length is nice and long. For those of you without a tummy, you could easily faux tuck and be happy.
The scarf is light weight cashmere houndstooth that I bought at the same great shop in Sheridan, WY that I bought the leggings at.
Finally the coat is from last year's NAS. It has been such a workhorse for me, and other than having to resew several buttons, the quality is wonderful.

edited to add: How the heck did I post this in "Book Club"
