ETA Jewelry Pics added for SunTiger WIW 19-08-2023

ETA - Suntiger I have added jewellery pics for you, which I took today (different clothing - a cotton sun dress for 35 degrees c). The beige part in the yellow necklace are porcupine quills. The cuff is handmade by a lady working next door to me in South Africa. The V ring is an Austrian crystal. The yellow necklace is not worn often but has come out this summer more often because of the yellow/black sandals. The V ring and the earrings are worn daily almost.

First head to toe WIW from me. Got my DH to snap me from the laptop before we left for a birthday party at a small taverna across the bay. Extremely hot and humid here currently. Linen pants and rayon sleeveless button down (thrifted) that feels like silk. Chose these sandals not because I wanted to add yellow but the chunky heel worked best with these pants. First wearing of these pants. An experiment, because they are my DH's from circa 2000! Been languishing in the closet and thought why the heck not. The yellow sandals (new summer 2023) do have black soles which ties in with the shirt and I wore a yellow Thai necklace which is made from porcupine quills (not really my scene as a vegetarian but I was unaware of this when I purchased it way back in the 00s). Put on my African beaded cuff and lots of silver and black rings which you cannot see as my hands are in my pockets. Chose my silver bag because my black bags were not the right shape and thought maybe less matchy was more casual which is how the gathering rolled. Sorry for the full view of my lounge, I don't know how to crop the pic! Pic 2 is blurry in action but you can see side view sort of. Thanks for looking. What do you think should I wear these pants again? They are cool and comfy.

Thanks Minaminu! You are right - the bag matches my hair, did not realise that! Only been silver for a year or so, still forget sometimes, and then get a shock when I see my reflection - haha - a good shock though as I like it.

Thanks Dee and ChristelJ! I will wear these pants again it seems. They have zip pockets on the legs and a high waist so feel quite current. Definitely more of a unisex cut. IRL a stone colour not white as they may look here.

I like this outfit ! Dark top and white (or anyway light) pants is one of my favorite summer looks. Good idea the silver bag! You look relaxed and chic. I think these pants would look better shortened at ankle length, but please consider that this is purely my personal taste.

Those yellow shoes were an impulse purchase in early Spring, they were the last pair and they were in my size in a reduced basket, which is unusual because I am a very regular Euro size 39 which always finishes first. I took it as a serendipitous sign and snapped them up. They are extremely comfortable and have a mod vibe to them. I usually just wear them without a match, treat them as a neutral or a pop of colour, otherwise I will never wear them. Last night I decided to pull in that necklace and I think it worked. As for my hair, I have never been happier with it. For many years the dye was making it dry and frizzy. Now it even behaves itself mostly, even in high humidity, which is unheard of for me. It also takes very little styling, just around the face a bit.
