Yes, it works for any occasion--cute, casual, versatile, could be dressed up with jewelry, blazer and shoes... looks fab with the ones you have on, but a great all around outfit. And red skirts are not easy to work with! I have a shorter corduroy red skirt from Zara that I have had for years, and can only bring myself to wear it at Christmas...
