The last addition to my wardrobe were A-line wide leg jeans from Urban Outfitters. It was mostly emotional purchase ( for fun ) that worked well for work in warm CA weather. The jeans available in 3 washes and I took the darkest ( charcoal- not quite black ).
They are mid rise and showcased on the waist or below ( that I prefer ) in a slouchy way. They have some stretch and amazing deep pockets.
The best options are with cropped tops and short jackets.
The wild card was similar version in white 100% cotton denim - took it because of very deep sale and because I retired my white jeans 2 years ago. It gives me some dropped crouch but still works . I would wear both jeans until mid October since daytime temperatures are still summery warm.
I may donate white jeans next year if I’ll find something better.
