The fit issue I wondered about is in the shoulders - I think they are a bit wide for me. But maybe that is the look. It probably does not button up, but I wouldn't wear it that way. Me in a buttoned up double breasted blazer would look like a block!
I actually found this jacket at a cost second hand shop, so not strictly thrifted, but not the usual level for this shop. They had left it out in the rain! I believe I paid $15 for it !

About a year and a half ago I let my hair go gray and I love it! I wish I had your thrifting ability— the Balmain blazer is amazing!
