For shopping yesterday, then to the movies with DH Dave, I paired my new gray boots with BF's, gray/black striped tee, black belt and black ponte moto jacket. The rolled jeans are certainly not the most leg lengthening look on my 5' 1" height but I wanted to show off the boots! I added my purple purse for a bit of color but do you think the outfit looks too dark?
I am enjoying the fit of the boyfriends so I ordered another pair, in a darker color, from Eddie Bauer, while shopping.
My other purchase was the booties in the third pic- merlot suede from Donald Pliner (though they look red). I entered the shoe dept, I did have in mind that the only "need" I might have for winter shoes might be burgundy booties. Since these fit the bill and were on sale, I said they could come home with me!
