I was eager to wear my new Everlane silk shirt, so this outfit was built around it. I've been buying fall and winter pieces in more navies and blacks this year, in hopes of getting to a very mix and match wardrobe. I rescued this old pair of black skinny jeans out of my daughter's closet. The booties were bought a few years ago after a trip to NYC where I covered all the comfortable, sensible, black booties on all the locals. I suspect this coatigan will be my F/W workhorse. I'm already on the hunt for a longer but thinner cousin for days I'm not going full tilt cozy.
