Love love love all of this!! The corsage is gorgeous, and those Versace boots are everything ❤️

I’m going with a friend to see Barbie on Friday, and I can’t wait! I’ve been trying to avoid film clips and any spoilers.

Cardiff Girl - I am enjoying wearing the red wrap, it is lovely and warm and quite different from wearing a jacket or coat.

Mary Beth - I am glad you have missed the clips and spoilers, I went to the movie with minimal knowledge and found it fun and fabulous.

I'm glad you made seeing the movie a fun event and how most people are making the effort to go pink

I haven't seen it yet, but it looks like Margot really nailed the part.

Oh, I'm jealous of having a whole crowd to see Barbie. I'm still figuring out who to see it with.

I love the Chanel belt with the circle skirt. I've only ever seen that belt with "serious" outfits like minimalism or blazers, so this is a new way to wear it.

Cee - Margot did a great job in playing Barbie with humour and intelligence.

Carol - It is fun to see what my crazy belt actually works with! It was a purchase that I was hesitant about, but gets heaps of wear.

It looks fun, but maybe not my kind of movie... I'll see...

I saw it and the Oppenheimer movie a week ago.

Barbie got a solid 3.5 stars out of 5 and they look like they had a fun time making it. Robbie absolutely nailed Barbie as she did playing Harley Quinn in the DC movies and Gosling is rumoured to be in the running for an Oscar nom as Ken.

Oppenheimer looks a cinch to clean up at the 2024 Oscars with an easy 5 stars out of 5.

Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt and Robert Downey Jr. will most likely receive gongs for their roles.

Cee - I'm glad you enjoyed Barbie too - I was lucky that I had heard very little about it when I saw it, so I had no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it for fun and vibrant escapism and also its feminist message.

It was the funny touches I really liked. Barbie and her friends freaking out when she suddenly developed a movable ankle, Barbie rolling around and lying face down doll-like, when Barbie suddenly asked, " 'You guys ever think about dying ? " and just about everything Gosling did as " Just Ken. "
