WIW - return to office - YouLookFab Forum

We are back in the office this week 3 days a week, and one thing I'm loving is getting dressed up again. I realized I have really missed it, and it helps me feel good and is a nice of creative expression. A couple of (thrifted) outfits below:

Earth tones outfit:
Vintage Skirt (Alfred Sung for holt Renfrew) - I LOVE this skirt. It has these balloon pleats at the waist that make it comfortable and an interesting silhouette. It is made in Canada and even the lining is pileated!
hand knit fair isle chunky cardigan - this was a FIND. Dropped shoulders, balloon sleeves, wooden buttons, never worn - feels like it is straight of the FW21 runway...

Black outfit:
Sweater: Thom Browne (eek!)
Skirt: vintage St Michael's, made in UK, Virgin wool and fully lined. Am LOVING skirts lately... Maybe it's because of my slightly more generous hips

Congratulations on being back in the office! I am not back yet and can’t wait for exactly the same reasons as you mention.

Both outfits are gorgeous, especially the skirts. Also, the sweater in the 2nd one is amazing. You always find the best items.

Both outfits are fabulous -- and the pieces in the earth tones outfit could not be more perfect together! I really love the grey pleated skirt too -- I've always had a weakness for that look.

Love your looks (lewks?)! You know I love your thrifted treasures especially and also how they are giving you new silhouettes and ideas to try out. Great pairing of the warm turtleneck with that fabulous cardigan. The Thom Browne sweater is amazing!

Thanks so much all! Honestly I'm having so much fun finding and sporting these thrifted looks... They help me step or of my comfort zone. I think I'll be going a bit wilder next week with the colours!
