Three recent outfits - two I actually wore the third was an experiment.

1. Thrifted top
Thrifted bottoms
DV geo shoe
Zara bag (last sale)

2. It rained in May - this is extremely unusual.
Thrifted top
Thrited jacket
R13 jeans (ebay)
Trippen boots (second hand)

3. Playing with flares - these are not my ideal flares but one must take what one can thrift sometimes.
Ronen Chen top (thrifted)
Old 7FAM Dojo jeans (thrifted)
Vintage Ted Lapidus sunglasses (thrifted - as it turns out almost but not quite the pair Jennifer Lawrence wore in American Hustle)

Wow, a fellow thrifter and a very gifted one at that, your giving me much life in pic 3'. I love everything about this especially the drape of the top.

The summery blue and white top in #1 is so nice on you! I also really like the proportions in #3 and think you totally need to wear that as a non-experiment sometime.

All fab outfits as usual! I'm really digging the proportions on #3. I wouldn't think that a long blouse over flares would work so well but you prove otherwise!

Wow, you're the Trifting Queen! I esp loved the 3rd outfit, with the longer top(dress?), and the pants!:-) Of course nr 1 is mastering dressing for the summer trends- love your low wedged version of the ankle ankle strap shoe, ankle khakis and print top! YLF as usual, Shevia!

Look at that gorgeous 'do, Queen Asymmetrical Haircut. I love the softness of the first outfit and the way you put together self-colour ankle strap footwear with those trousers. Works like a charm doesn't it? Killer look.

And from Summer to Winter in the next outfit. Moody Fabness.

And the flares are fun with the long top. Nice and 2014. Well done. xo

Thank you all for your fresh eyes. Interesting that the flares outfit seems to work - like leopardluxe I didn't think it would work.

Angie I realize I almost anticipated today's post with my first outfit - but I plan to try the black with black straps next.

I think #1-2 are just beautiful. I also like #3 - especially the top which I think works well with the jeans but am a little less certain about the shoes with the outfit, partly because of where the pants hit them.

I love your experiment in 3! Urban boho. Your shoes bookend your top in 1! You look so springy and cheerful, just lovely. And then I see you in the black and cobalt of 2 and am just in awe of what those colours do you for your fab haircut & face: so stunning/striking.

I can't get past those great shoes in #1! And then you just shine in the darks and cobalt of #2. I like the concept of #3 as well - way to mix it all up. And what a good thrifter!!!

You have some wonderful finds that look great. I like all of this. I wasn't sure that I liked the wide jeans at first, but it's grown on me and looks creative on you.

Love the shoes and top in #1! Two is deliciously dark and moody and I've got to say, I really love the proportions and volume in #3, looks fresh to my eye.

You hair is fabulous btw.

Love the proportions in your experiment! The florals are beautiful and the footwear inspired in that first outfit. And I love how the bag carries the shirt colour out wards and seems like another dark watercolour layer in the composition. Very monsoonal.

Btw, have I ever mentioned you are a doppelgänger for a friend of mine. I think she is about a decade junior and every time I see you I marvel.

Thank you all again - I am going to retry the flares with lower heels- ideally the top part would fit better but flares have not seemed to hit town around here at all yet.

Manidipa I am wondering if I would see the resemblance if I saw your friend. Once in a while someone tells me I look like someone and I have no idea what that person sees!

I love #1 - the shoes and top look great together. The rich blue of your top in #2 is great and I like the tunic/dress with the flares in #3.

Shevia, I love your vintage finds and you look spectacular, rain or shine!

#1 is a pretty combination of soft blues and creams and the patterned shoes are just right.

#2 is an avant-garde look that I love on you and wish I could pull off.

Please make your #3 experiment a WIW; I love it, because it shows so much style and creativity in a personal way.

#3 is very fashion forward, but #1 really caught my eye with the refreshing blue and ankle straps. I don't know which I'd pick as my fave.
