Summer is halfway over and I feel like I've finally settled on my summer style and palette. Modern casual with light neutrals and pops of color and shine in the accessories. And the colors are a lot of citron, coral and pink, as opposed to my winter palette of teals and purples.

These don't always feel like my most stylish moments, but I've been comfortable and weather-appropriate, and sometimes that's enough. Also, I've got a lot of repeat outfits this summer. Hopefully you're not too bored of some of these items by now! Thanks for looking and any and all feedback is welcome.

Outfit 1: Worn to work and dinner out with DH. These navy pants are cotton and have a gold stripe down the side. When supervisor saw them and my gold shoes, she called me the "fashionista" of our group. Hopefully that's a good thing!
Zara top, JCrew pants, Seychelles sandals, Tory Burch tote

Outfit 2: Weekend outfit for hitting up the farmer's market and running errands and 85F heat. This pink Michael Kors bag was my first ever "nice" handbag purchase four or five summers ago. It's got a decent amount of wear around the edges but I can't seem to let it go!
Loft top, Gap shorts, Birkenstocks, Michael Michael Kors bag

Outfit 3: Another casual look. Don't mind the headphones!
JCrew linen tee, Kut jeans, Birkenstocks, Marc by Marc Jacobs bag

Outfit 4: Worn to work. A little seasonally confused in my sandals and crops for the heat and the cardigan indoors for the AC. I really like this citron cardigan but it might be a little much?
Loft top, JCrew cardigan, Kut jeans, Tory Burch tote.

Outfit 5: Same comfy cotton pants and JCrew tee. Worn to work again and the out to happy hour.
JCrew tee and pants. Seychelles sandals.

Outfit 6: Worn out to dinner with friends in Baltimore. This JCrew dress shrunk slightly in the wash and feels short to me, even though I hung it to dry despite the tag saying it could go in the dryer, and now has been relegated to non-work wear. But it still works well for dressy casual dinners!
JCrew dress, Seychelles sandals.
