Another recent purchase that falls outside of my usual color palette, but I like the graphic print and the combination of black with the blush color. It's a lot going on in one top -- print, shoulder detail, asymmetrical -- but I like how unique it is.

The pants are new and a good example of how sometimes it pays off to try a store where you normally don't shop. I've been wanting simple, straight-legged, machine washable, multiseason casual black trousers for a long while, but was having a terrible time finding them. These fit me really well, but I don't love how in the photo they're bunching at the bottom. As you can see in the side view, they're not too long. I suspect the issue is that they are not wide and when worn with platforms, they scrunch up on the top of my foot a bit. Should I get them altered so the hem dips up slightly in front?
