Whoa - love this outfit from top to bottom! What a good idea for jeans-cut-shorts! I'm going to have to try that with a couple of my jeans that I'm no longer wearing. Also - the top is very cute - and you should wear sleeveless more often to show off your toned arms!
Great top. I tried one like that but it didn't help my short neck. I really like your re-purposed jeans. Most bf shorts are shorter and wider, this is a great cut.
Denise, I was pleasantly surprised at how well these old bootcuts lent themselves to being cut off into shorts. They are now slouchy on me since they were from before I lost weight a few years ago, and they're also nicely faded and have held up beautifully considering how much wear they've had. I don't see them in stores anymore, but David Kahn made some good jeans. Maybe I should search down an old pair of white ones on eBay and make white shorts too!
