Besides my travelling outfit https://youlookfab.com/welookf.....way-report, I have created 7 different outfits from the 24 piece capsule assembled for a 12 day trip. With 5 days remaining, I have 4 more ensembles planned, plus what I will wear to an all day wedding event.

At the last minute I decided against boots, and brought a second pair of sneakers. I’m so glad I did! The weather has been gorgeous! DH and I have been walking miles as we stick to outdoor activities and enjoy the pleasant temperatures and sunshine! I also swapped out a black sweater and a navy one, for a red sweater and a red ‘London’ T-shirt I was gifted in the week before the trip. Instead of joggers, I brought wide leg linen blend pants (see travel outfit).

Photos are not in order. I alternated footwear, and outfits accordingly. Most days, only 1 topper was required and only worn early in the day or late at night. The lilac coat was worn as a second layer on two cooler days at the start of the trip, and enroute from Richmond to Cambridge via London, but has been hanging in the closet most of the time!

#1 a/b - Cambridge - lots of walking (botanical gardens, the universities, along the Cam)
#1c - Cambridge - more walking, museums and churches
#2 a/b - travelling Richmond to Cambridge via London
#2c - lots of walking along the Thames, and Kew Gardens
#3a - day of arrival in Richmond (cleaned up and changed out of travel clothes for dinner)
#3b - exploring Richmond historic downtown and shops, and Richmond Park
#3c - more Richmond Park and the various parks and gardens throughout Richmond (column of colour - navy heather T-shirt under)

So far, everything is working out great! Feet are happy! I sometimes get a little over warm in the sweaters, but removing the topper helps. I was down to a T-shirt at Kew (#2c) and today museum hopping and town walking (#1c). I’m getting away with just a bum bag worn cross body - so hands free and no lugging heavy loads. Glad I packed the belt! Despite English breakfasts, and afternoon cake - pants are fitting loose!

Thanks for looking!
