Wow, that's a really nice dress. I like it best when you don't have a scarf around your neck, so we can see the pretty neckline. It looks good with the jacket, but also without. Looks pretty good with the cardi, too. As for footwear, they pretty much all look good, except I'm not so keen on the last one. I think I prefer it with lower shoes, like you have on in #1, so we can see your lovely legs. The tall boots look cute but cover most of you leg up. I'd wear it with tall boots for bopping around the city on a damp day, but for an event, I'd choose shoes.

Great options Carole! I am most fond of #1/2, 3, and 11. I think #5 and #7 would look smashing with a little denim jacket added to really get the "dressed down" effect. A leather jacket or cropped blazer/tuxedo jacket could also work really well here. And since the dress is solid, there's always the option of printed/textured hose; dots, tonal leopard, lace, etc.
