To those considering the Wit jeans, size down. Angie is right about that, they run quite big. They do fit a curvy feature very nicely and the price is super good.

About how long should they fit? Like on the model? Can you wear them long like flares or is that going to look off?

I just re-ordered in smaller sizes.

About one or two sizes. At least one for me which is very unusual. I rarely if ever size down. The derrière part is pretty much the same in petites as in regular.
I am just not sure about what length to keep, maybe longer is OK plus I want to be able to wear them when it's cold.
I will wait for the other order to arrive and will post to ask about length. For me it is quite longer than on the model.

On no! Maybe you can call them and get them to switch the sizes of one of the orders? This way you will not lose your complimentary points? I hope the wait on the phone is not too long but I think there is an option for them to call you back.

That's a great suggestion, Joyce B. I plan to do that for any size exchanges that might result from my orders yesterday. The 10x points is too good a perk to give up easily.

Beewee you will get to try them on and you will have a good idea of what size to exchange them for. Do an exchange and keep your bonus points if you got them.

You're right, Joyce. It will give me a better idea of size rather than guessing. I suspect I will have quite a few things to return since I ordered doubles of a few things!

Thanks for the info on these Joyce! Wish I had seen it before ordering. I jumped on some in my usual size (per the site's opinion on fit) right away, given the rare fashion chance as a petite, and didn't think to try on either side of it. So I've been watching for a 0P to come back up, but the petites are such a feeding frenzy that right now there are only 10P and 12P. All the regular sizes are still available. Can anyone sense a business opportunity in purveying on-trend jeans to petites? Manufacturers are seriously missing that boat...

Suzanne, sorry that they ran out! How petite are you? When I tried them on, the difference btwn reg and petites was not that dramatic. Anyway, keep on stalking them, particularly when the sale opens to the general public.
I agree that fashion should pay more attention to petites, tall, smaller and larger sizes. They are missing out on a large part of the market.

Thanks for the commiseration Joyce. I'm only 5'1", so the difference between a 32" standard inseam and the 30" of these in petite is pretty dramatic for me. Though Angie says these look better with flats, I am likely to need a 1" to 2" heel with them. We'll just have to see!

Yep...I figure that if they put something in the catalog, they (hopefully?) have planned to have lots on hand, so I'll stalk. But you know how we are. We want our fashion NOW.

I just bought these and they do not run true to size. Size down. Really stretch a lot and the 32 are a long 32. I am 5"9 so the 32 fits me nice with flat shoes or boot.

Those intrigued me too. My legs are long for my height, so I suspect they would fit me similarly to Linder. 32" inseam tends to be too short on me, but Linder's comments make me think these would be an exception. I'd probably wear them with low-heeled (1-1 1/2") booties and maybe cowboy boots if there is enough room in the leg to fit the boots underneath without messing up the line of them.

It also occurred to me that I could DIY a pair of these from a pair of old bootcuts.

DIY will be good too and nice ideas for wearing them. I am on the shorter side of regular bordering on petite so for me they will be long. Maybe I will need to wear with heels.
-Linder, I bet you look fabulous in those jeans, too.
Tall ladies with long leg proportions are very lucky, I think .
