Trully great ideea for a holiday outfit-and have had something similar in my head (from my own:-)) but in forrest green, simple Aline sequin midi skirt (so no holes:-)) and a green Xmass graphic sweatshirt with some sequins on it. But surely, this one is elevated-would love to have it, too!:-)
Firecracker& and others who sew could easily do this, head to toe, if really wanted!:-) Take a cream sequin skirt and just make the holes adding elasticated shirring (and ties) around their edges then add a black sweater hood with a DIY sequins logo you'd like!:-)
Boots are the only thing you have to invest for!:-))
